Step 1
Combine rub ingredients in small bowl; press generously onto beef steak(s).
Cooking Tip: Finely ground regular ground coffee may be substituted for espresso.
Regular chili powder may be substituted for Ancho chili powder. -
Step 2
Grill, pan-broil or broil steaks; place roast in oven and cook according to chart. Cook to medium rare (145°F) to medium (160°F) doneness.
