Step 1
Preheat a large cast iron skillet over high heat. Shape Ground Beef into four ¾-inch thick patties. Season with salt and pepper on each side. Make a small indention in the center of the burger with your thumb. Press one portion of shredded Brisket into each burger patty.

Place each patty in the skillet, Brisket side down, cooking for about 4 minutes on each side, flipping once, until the internal temperature of the patties reach 160℉.

Place burgers on buns. Top burgers with cheese and desired toppings.
